You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any booking or account features. We may modify or suspend all or part of the website at any time.

We provide one-on-one assisted stretching, mobility work, group performance training, and recovery services. Our services are wellness and fitness services. They are not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity, and inform your practitioner of any injuries, conditions, or restrictions.

Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person, and are subject to availability and confirmation. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that later appointments are not delayed.

Memberships and session packages, where offered, are subject to the plan terms provided at the time of enrollment, including billing cycle, included sessions, credit expiration, and any commitment period. Membership agreements are completed in writing at the studio.

Prices are stated at the time of booking or enrollment and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Recurring memberships continue to bill until cancelled in accordance with their terms.

We ask that you cancel or reschedule with reasonable advance notice so the time can be offered to another client. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of a session credit or a fee, as disclosed at the time of booking or enrollment.

By voluntarily opting into SMS communications, customers may receive text messages from CHEAT CODE PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY LLC at the mobile number they provide.

Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Cancellation and rescheduling notices
• Session notifications
• Membership-related notifications

Service messages and promotional messages are separate opt-ins. Opting into appointment and account messages does not opt you into marketing messages.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, disclose relevant health conditions to your practitioner, and follow studio rules and staff instructions during sessions.

All content on this website, including the Cheat Code name, logo, text, images, and design, is owned by CHEAT CODE PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Physical activity carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHEAT CODE PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
